Special Features
- Axegic Gate Valves have a bolted bonnet, a rising stem, and a non-rising hand wheel. They are heavy-duty.
- A straight-through bore design guarantees streamlined, little turbulence, less erosion, a smaller pressure drop, and less flow resistance.
- Higher size and class anti-friction bearings are available.
- Shut off in both directions.
- Stuffing box with depth.
- On request, threaded and welded seat rings that are of the cylindrical bottom-seated type with enough cross-section for strength will be given. In SS valves, an integral seat ring is provided.
- Gate Valves come in 150#, 300#, and 600# capacities.
- Universal trim: 13Cr stem, CA 15, or 13Cr faced wedge are also options.
- Tight shut-off is possible even with high pressures thanks to the two inclined seats. Welded or threaded renewable seat rings
- The structure of gate valves includes a flexible wedge, an outside screw and yoke, and a fastened bonnet. The valves meet API 600 requirements.
